On Thursday, May 17, 2018, the Ascension of the Lord, His Eminence Archbishop Peter of Chicago and Mid-America participated in feast-day celebrations at Holy Ascension Church in Belgrade, Serbia. His Holiness Patriarch Irinej of Serbia officiated at the service and led the procession of the cross.
