Construction on New School begins in Ann Arbor

With the blessing of Archbishop Peter construction has begun for the Ann Arbor Orthodox Classical Academy, the parish day school of our St. Vladimir Ann Arbor parish. This will be the first Orthodox school in Michigan, but the hope is that this will be the plant that spreads seeds of Orthodox education across the Great Lakes state. Fr. Gregory Joyce, Dean of Michigan Parishes noted: “Today is a great day for Orthodox education. Today we plant the seed that we hope will grow into a series of Orthodox schools across our state. We ask for the prayers of everyone for the success of this important endeavor for the Orthodox Christians of the 21st Century in Michigan.” The Ann Arbor Orthodox Classical Academy invites all to help support this worthy cause.
