On the feast of the Meeting of the Lord His Eminence Archbishop Peter led the Divine Services at the Diocesan Cathedral of the Protection of the Mother of God. Joining Vladyka at the Divine Services were the clergymen assigned to the cathedral, as well as Fr. Christopher Whatley, cleric of the St. John Mission in Portage, Wisconsin. Following the Eucharistic Canon, Archbishop Peter ordained Job Considine a Deacon for serve at the St. John Mission.
