Metropolitan Nicholas officiated at Divine Liturgy at Holy Virgin Protection Cathedral on November 17, 2024. Concelebrating with His Eminence were His Eminence Metropolitan Nicholas, head of the North American Metropolia of the Romanian Orthodox Church and Bishop James of Sonora.

At the small entrance, Fr Ioann Komisarchuk was awarded the gold cross. 

Following the Liturgy, His Eminence once again called upon the prayers for Archbishop Peter and continue in the obligations of the Church, as a Diocese and as the Cathedral. 

A delicious and abundant lunch was loving presented by the Cathedral Sisterhood.
