Bishop Peter visited St. Jonah Orthodox Church in Spring Texas on October 11-12 to celebrate the parish's 10th anniversary, the purchase of its new property earlier this year, and to bless the ground where the final Church will be constructed.  Bishop Peter celebrated the hierarchical liturgy in the parish's "Phase I" building.  The parish hopes to complete the "Phase II" building later next year, and then to work towards the construction of the "Phase III" building, which will be the final Church.  After the blessing of the ground, a banquet was held.
